  16. PROBLEM:   The Floppy Disk Controller on the Series 15 Board is not compatible 
  17.        with a streaming tape drive.
  18.  
  19. REASON:    The Intel 82077-1 Floppy Disk Controller used on the FAST DISK EISA 
  20.        SCSI HOST ADAPTER does not support the streaming tape drives.
  21.  
  22. SOLUTION:  Intel now has a version of the Floppy Disk Controller that is 
  23.        compatible with streaming tape drives.  The Intel part number is 
  24.        82077AA-1.  All boards should be shipped with the new 82077AA-1 
  25.        Floppy Disk Controller in the future.  If a customer has a board
  26.            with the 82077-1 Floppy Disk Controller and needs to use a 
  27.        streaming tape drive, the Floppy Disk Controller should be swapped 
  28.        for the new one.  It is a 68-pin PLCC package at U76.  It is in a 
  29.        socket but a special tool is needed to remove it from the socket.
